About Me:: Bicycled from Southern California in 1979. After some relationships formed permanent family with Star in 1981. Became in-home long term care provider in 1983. Got married in 1983. Star got run over by a drunk driver 1984 killing our first son Chrystal and leaving Star with a permanent brain injury. Star still has an undependable memory. Bought house in 1989. Star begins creating calligraphy. Worked for rights of people with disabilities both in Eugene and in state legislature in Salem Oregon. Son Ambrose born February 6th 1992. Was given Santa hat by wife of Santa Bill after he died. Have taken Bills place at Holiday Market on Saturdays in December. Added room to house for disabled resident 1996. Ambrose starts Head Start 1996. Ambrose starts Kids Sports 1997. Got together team to design and build electric assist tandem recumbent bike, 1999. Added on to house to have my Mom move in, 2002. Ambrose joins band; plays baritone horn, 2003. Ambrose gets hit by car. Gets concussion and broken left tibia, 2004. Worked on Kerry presidential campaign, 2004. Became Certified Nursing Assistant, 2005. Get job at Just Folks, 2005. January 2007, become involved with Lane County Energy Round-Up, . With Charlotte started Sustainability Education subcommittee.
