yuck! (are you from the south? this list sounds very familiar!) i second your list. and add white sugar poured generously over morning cereal as a kid, frog legs, things fried in crisco oil or "shmaltz", fast food, all the mercury filling material i swallowed during dental work as a child, and anything with red dye #40, MSG or high fructose corn syrup...just to name a few.

i'm raising my children with fresh fruits and veggies, whole grains, healthy oils, organic and wholesome baked goods and an appreciation for good health and local produce.

are the "baked sweet potatoes" you mention the infamous thanksgiving recipe--first fried in a pan with brown sugar and butter and then bakes with marsh mellows on top? or are you talking about plain baked sweet potatoes?

BTW, nice picture.

No I am not from the South, But my family came from the South and brought thier foods and culture here to the Northwest so I grew up eating Southern food.

The Sweat potatoes were just plain baked, I know that they are good for you but I had a bad time with one when I was a kid and cant eat them. It's a mental thing?

I am looking forward to cleaning my body out when I start the film.

Please stay tuned in. I think it will be fun.
